Excess item fee

Fnb has a secret charge that was never discloused to called excess item fee. Last month I gave a clear instruction that I don't want any debit orders to be paid on my behalf I would rather pay debit order failure fee and I asked the amount to be reversed.

But I noticed they have allowed the debit order to go through so they can rip me off with this debit order fee that has accumulated more than the debit order fee.

I will not pay and afford to pay for a money that accumulates daily on my account. It's just a ****!

Poor service indeed. Especially after had communicated to the consultant that o don't want my account to pay off debit orders without my consent and to prove that I was genuine about it, it was before I had accumulated this excess item fees.
