#EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS ON 15/02/
FNB is a great bank. but they like to surprise you with unnecessary fees. Today, i noticed that an \#EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS ON 15/02/"of R150 was taken from my account for a R84 transaction. How is this even possible? According to my knowledge you as a bank reserve these payments for suppliers. I know that retails has up to 60 days to withdraw its cash. But for a transaction I did a week ago. I was charge a R105 fee. Please refund this money"
