excess item fee 1 Ite MS *****

FNB BANK is becoming horrible iam moving my business to another bank ,they *****ulently took money from my business account up R2k with the #excess item fee 1 Ite MS and no one in the bank can defend why they took it...I did complain last month and the bank contacted me saying they will reverse it and it has been a month and nothing is happening. The gave me this reference no:***NF which has not been resolved.

I
