Excess Fee **** !
I woke up to a negative balance, went to check and it was due to something called “ excess fee 3 items “ There are no debit orders on the account so there’s no way the bank would have paid for anything in excess and also it’s impossible for any payment to go through if there’s no balance Banking with them for probably more than 6 years and I’ve never seen such a thing

28 Jun 2022, 21:32The bank was able to sort and reverse the excess fee transaction from back in January within days from my complaint :)
