Excess fee

I just found that there is a debit that has went through on my cheque account on the 8th of June that i am not aware of. The transaction description reads "Pmt Honfee" I would like to be refunded the amount of the unpaid penalty fee of R155 as there was no money in the account and I didn't use the card or have any debit orders going off.
