Exceptionally poor service

Disgusting Service. I logged a call to downgrade my account weeks ago, and I was told that the turnaround time is 7 days. After that had passed, I still gave it a few days, still nothing. I escalated it to someone, who assured me that they would get back to me, but still nothing. Till today I have not received any feedback regarding this. It seems that they would like to prolong it for as long as possible to try and get as much fees out of their clients as possible.
