<p>Good day. I would like to compliment a extremely professional lady, named Robin, who assisted me earlier with my OTP online setup. I was put through to five different departments who could not assist me, by the time I reached Robin was a very frustrated banker. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and could hear she was extremely clued up with FNB procedures. Although she had to transfer me again to credit card *****, she explained exactly why she had to in detail.
