Exceptional service from Tshegofatso Moshidi at Lynnwood FNB Branch

I have been at the Lynnwood branch a couple of times . There’s a lady who always catches my attention when I am the branch , she goes by the name of Tshegofatso Moshidi. She executes her job so eloquently.. the passion she has is exceptional. On my visits I have seen her help elderly people with so much care and patience, she even waits for them to pack their things properly and safe before they step away from the ATM to ensure they are safe. And the way she interacts with customers in the que is with so much passion, shes one who actually took away my anxiety of waiting in the queue by assisting me with my app and educating me about how to budget and maximise my eBucks . I hope her Branch manager knows that they are having a star staff member . Thank you Tshegofatso for living the FNB motto
