I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Noxy Mtonjeni from the FNB Helderberg Branch in the Western Cape.

After we had been ****med, we were extremely frightened and unsure of what to do. Noxy remained with us throughout the entire ordeal and even gave up her lunch break to assist us. She showed incredible patience, compassion and professionalism and made us feel supported during a terrifying experience.

I have never experienced this level of care and dedication from anyone at a bank before. Noxy went far beyond what was expected of her, and I am extremely grateful for her outstanding service.
