Exceptional service from Mall of africa by Garnet Madiba.

We had problems with our stokvel account for the over 12 months and different FNB branches could not assist us, we had been told stories after stories especially if we wanted to withdraw our money. Then we decided to go to Mall of Africa branch and we were assisted by Garnet Madiba, she was very understanding and took 3 hours of her time helping us until it was resolved, today we can safely use the app to withdraw funds from the stokvel account without going to the branch. Ms Garnet Madiba was exceptionally good with her work, we are very happy with her and mall of africa branch as a whole.
