I was required to get an EXCON letter for a home loan application from the bank i bank with. I was impressed with the way Thabo Moleki handled my request. I had been to another FNB branch and they dismissed me saying they cant help because they didnt know what an exchange control letter is. Thabo took it upon himself to find out how he could help me, even to the extent of calling the institution i am applying for a home loan through to find out what exactly this is.
