Exceptional service!!!!

What an exceptional service from a gentle lady ( Tsholofelo Sekhu) went into the branch to settle FNB credit------ what a mission but the moment Miss Sekhu asked how she can assist, she immediately took upon my query as if it was her matter, from calling the credit department to verify client which was frustrating before i got to deal with her, there is just a lot to share about the lady but what stood up for me was her taking ownership of my frustrations, she's so amazing and she is excellent in dealing with frustrated clients something that i don't think everyone within FNB can do. I'm still waiting for my status to be updated at credit bureaus, given her energy if that also was within her scope- i'm sure she was going to do it within a day
