Exceptional service

I visited Fnb a newly opened branch in Zwelistha Eya bantu Mall in the Eastern Cape all I can say is Thank you for bringing the service to the location and the staff in that branch were very warm I was Assisted by a beautiful Lady Luyolo she was soo patient with me and she managed to fix my account that wad frozen and it was in and out very quick she even managed to educate me about the importance of savings I have kids that I need to take care of and the other one is going on Matric and the savings Will help me with matric dance preparation and also explained to me the funeral policy as I am a single parent raising 4 kids incase something happens to me this will diffently help my kids Thank you Eya Bantu Mall staff for your warmth and friendless you have
