Exceptional Service Boitumelo Matlabane

While I always have to fight with consultants on FNB secure chat and many chicken out of the chat for whatever their unprofessional views are this one consultant today chinned up and stuck it out to assist me. I'm not only writing because I received assistance but the manner in which my query was handled was exceptional. Boitumelo Matlabane in the credit card dept. did not waste any time assisting me, answered all questions promptly and correctly so. This person should not only be praised but Boitumelo's colleagues can surely learn a thing or two here.... embodied TCF principles so well and assisted with due skill. FNB this is your next manager in that department. We need more people who know why they are there and not easily offended by clients pushy behaviour, dealing with pushy clients is inevitable and that is why you need more Boitumelo's. Job well done Boitumelo.
