Exceptional service beyond expectations: A heartfelt thanks to FNB!!

It's not every day that you come across such outstanding service, especially as a non-client!

Yesterday, after a long day of errands, I found myself in need of a certified copy of my ID. Normally, this would mean a tiring trip to the police station and standing in a long queue - all for just one document. But, feeling a bit drained, I decided to take a chance and pop into the nearby FNB branch next to the business where I had my copies made.

I approached a friendly lady at the front and explained my unusual request, fully expecting to hear that they do not provide such a service. To my surprise, without a moment's hesitation and with the warmest smile, she took my ID and copy, and quickly got it certified by another female staff member in a glass office.

When she returned, I offered to pay, or at least leave something for a cool drink as a thank-you. Again, with a kind smile, she politely declined my offer, leaving me genuinely impressed.

Not only did I save a significant amount of time and effort, but I experienced a level of service I never expected - especially since I’m not even a client of FNB!

I’d love for FNB’s management to reach out to me so I can share the details of the branch and the name of the lady who signed the copy. These amazing ladies deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. What a fantastic experience!
