Exceptional service at FNB Umphakathi Mall

I was at the FNB Umphakathi Mall. I had a challenge with my account and Ntombi Mhlongo assisted me. She took her time to understand my dilemma. She explained diligently, and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and patient. Ntombi made me aware of other products that could assist me improve my credit score. She showed me how to navigate the banking app. I'm still in awe of the exceptional service I received. I walked in a despondent client and walked out a very happy client.
