Exceptional service at FNB, Parys, Free State!

I visited the FNB branch, in Parys Free State, on 02/08/2023, i am disabled and have difficulty walking.

On my way to the entrance of the bank, I was approached by Lee, the Branch manager. Lee immediately welcomed me and enquired on how he could be of assistance..

Lee offered me a wheelchair to make my visit to FNB as comfortable as possible.

I mentioned that I would like to certify payments made on my FNB app. Lee immediately arranged chairs for us, inside the bank, assisted me with my FNB app so I could forward him the payments.

Lee printed the copies and certified all the payments I needed. Lee further explained all the services offered to client's whith disabilities, which I was not aware of.

When leaving the branch, Lee confirmed that there is disabled parking available, at the entrance to the bank, and suggested I make use of this, when I visit the branch again.

This is without a doubt the BEST service I ever had, especially at a bank. I never expected this level of customer service at a bank, especially in a small town like Parys.

This is confirmation that I am banking with the BEST bank! Thank you FNB and thank you Lee for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!
