Thank you to Zikhona Nzakayi at FNB Bankcity for exceptional service. I was in the branch to reverse a debt order and i was advice to call the contact centre. Lucky she was there and taught me about the self service options on the App. FNB needs employees like her. Shes up to date with all the information and latest updates of FNB. Proud Colleague indeed.
