I had a problem with an unauthorized debit order that went off my account at FNB. Nonkululeko Matshoba at Woodbridge branch assisted me all the way to report the problem and ensure that the problem was attended to and solved. Really appreciate her assistance because this was a great shock to me being a pensioner and limited income and monthly budget. Thanks once again.
