Today i went to the Bankcity Branch in Johannesburg and I was welcomed with a smile by Mr Bayanda Ndaba who looked very professional and neat. He was very patient with me he guided me through out the online banking process and explained all the charges and answered the questions i had with a smile and politeness. Today i left the bank very proud of being an FNB client because of people like Bayanda whom go out their way to make sure that we get the help and we require. well done Bayanda for the exceptional service keep the excellent work you're doing and stay humble.
