I recently visited fnb menlyn park and I I must say that I I received the most exceptional customer experience,Lucas is a true service ambassador for Fnb, his energy is out of this world, after seeing the compliments on Facebook I had to see him in person and I must say he is incredibly excellent, He is the king of service, I feel that my finances are secure and safe after showing me how to track my spending and savings He deserves a good promotion to teach other employees what customer service is in totality.
