Exceptional service

This review goes out to Claims Handler CLIFORT MALULEKA. I recently contacted my insurance (FNB STI) to notify them of a vehicle accident I was involved in and it so happen this guy CLIFORT took my call and he was so professional in capturing my stuff but what amazed me was his compassion and sincereness towards my family and I. It felt like I was talking to a long time friend of mine the way he handled the call. Throughout the Claims process this guy was informing of every update. There was no need for me to make one call or email to him as he was on the ball, he was so professional and again the compassion he showed to me and my family throughout the Claims process was exceptional.it so hard to find people that love there job in this day and age and to connect with a total stranger, I take my hat off to this guy. Clifort will make a true leader and manager some day in his company. I just hope his management and team leader comes across my review. Keep up the Great work sir and please keep being who u are.
