Exceptional service!

<p>Busisiwe Khumalo has been my personal banker via the FNB chat option available to me on my FNB platinum account and it has always been a wonderful experience dealing with her. She is friendly and efficient and an excellent communicator. I had a query today(Sunday) and she assisted me flawlessly. It is wonderfull to have such great service, even on a Sunday! She added a personal touch by wishing me happy birthday which made me smile instantly and again just confirmed that she truly is fantastic and caring in her job!</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB can be proud to have her as part of their team.
