Exceptional Service

I would like to commend the exceptional service given to me by 3 FNB staff (Mount Frere Branch - Eastern Cape) namely, Minikazi Jako, Phila Lusiti and Andile. I went to open a Stokvel Account but the time needed to open such account is +- 2 hours and I had arrived there while there's only an hour left to close for business. I was never chased away regardless, instead they went beyond what is expected of them by making sure I get this account opened. What made this even more of a memorable experience is the fact that they did all this with a smile and very welcoming. Indeed these are the kind of people we need to see in such institutions, to put people/customer's interest at the core value of what the business is all about. I am so please I had a chance to interact with such amazing people. You guys are the best.
