I would like to take this opportunity and compliment Gugu Nkosi. Her service was outstanding She was willing to assist I wanted to active On line Banking. She assisted me in a professional manner and her energy was Wow . Even was i was asking questions they were she answered it shows that she knows her staff. Even they way she was selling her products she doesn't give up so easily. She offered me 32 Notice and now I'm even considering opening it . All because of her positive attitude. I have learnt two or three things from her about customer service. <br> <br> Thank you Gugu for making my day.
