Exceptional service

Mr Jermaine Maine was absolutely great at his job, he started by explaining everything and left a window for me to be able to ask questions after. He didn't get agitated when i asked numerous questions, he just answered them and even explained more. He was very professional and approachable at the same time. He went above and beyond. So i really appreciate his service, it shows that he loves what he does.
