Exceptional Service

Good day, I would like to extend my satisfaction with the Galleria staff members. They are always friendly, willing to assist at all times and they know what their doing. They give a customer a special attention. As the customer at fnb I don't worry at any given time when I have a query cause I know the Galleria staff will go out of their way to assist me and make me feel like a valuable customer. From the time u walk in and be welcomed by Cherly at the door you know your day will be made. Even when it doesn't work my way they will not make u feel small as a customer. I always talk and brag about them to anyone who banks at a different bank cause they meet and exceed my expectations as a customer. The service they provide is a world class service.
