Exceptional Service

My daughter who is currently a student went to open an account with other banks and the attitude they had towards her was shocking. She then decided to go to FNB. She met this wonderful lady who was willing to assist even with her not having enough documentation. She sent me an email requesting outstanding documentations. she did not have to do that but my daughter advised me that she was so pleasant and assured my daughter that she will assist her she should not worry. She went to an extent of calling her school requesting other documents so that my daughter may provide the following day. I was so amazed with such a personal service. This is my daughter's first account and I can tell you this now, she will be loyal to FNB for a long time because Jassat created an expectation that other banks failed to do. I am pleased to inform you that she even convinced her friends to open their accounts with FNB because of one lady who went beyond the call of duty. I would like to say a Big Thank You to Jassat. Keep up the good work. People like her are the reason why I would encourage family and friends to use FNB. Thank you.
