Exceptional Person and Service

Hi<br> <br> I would like to thank Anshine from the FNB Maponya Mall Branch. I got to the branch looking to print out my statements, the printer with the designated laptops was not working. I then approached the lady who receives the customers at the door (who was also very friendly and welcoming), she then referred me to Anshine. A vibrate, service orientated person, she showed me to one of the empty cubicles so I can use that machine to print out my statements. On finishing I wasn't sure where to go to have them stamped. I went again to the first lady I met at the door, she advised that Anshine would not mind assisting me. With a smile Anshine took my papers, and went onto to stamping them. That branch treated me like a VIP and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.<br> <br> This occurrence made me glad that I decided to join FNB.<br> <br> Stella Service...Well done.
