Exceptional Customer Service from Gloria

I was almost giving up in getting my account re-activated and already frustracted from going from pillar to post since Friday last week and ready to simply move to another bank for help.<br> <br> My issue ended up reaching Gloria (Ntombifuthi Kgabi)'s hands in Kempton Park branch.<br> <br> This lady not only made sure the issue is resolved, but she went extra mile in resolving my issue, and through all this, she constantly gave me feedback in every step of the issue resolution. <br> It is because of this exceptional customer service that customers make up their mind into being loyal customers to the bank.<br> I am grateful and extremely pleased with the way you handled my issue as it wa resolved efficiently and in time. Truly, with this exceptional customer service, I really feel important as a customer at FNB.<br> <br> My appreciation goes to Gloria and any other bank staff who have facilitated the resolution of my issue. As of now, I'm over the moon :)
