Exceptional customer service from Fnb Mall Of Africa Branch Manager
I would like to thank Juan Rossouw the Fnb Branch manager of mall of Africa for his assistance in resolving my issue that I had when doing a deposit at the Atm. Juan displayed extremely great customer service and went above and beyond by ensuring that I had resolution to my issue on his weekend off. It is dealing with managers like himself that reassures me that there is still people out there that treats customers with the kind attitude and puts the clients needs first.
