A very big thank you fnb Braamfontein. I went to fnb Braamfontein to transfer from my saving and I was helped by Pozana, only to find out my account was frozen due to FICA. As old as I am I had to go look for a proof of address and Pozana took initiative and and called me to her office to help me, we called one of my kids using her phone as I didn't have airtime and I couldn't buy it because my account was frozen . They emailed the documents to her mail address, I was then assisted Nd my account was ok when I walk out of the branch, they worked hand in hand to make sure I'm sorted. Another thing I liked about her, he advised me about the investment account that I can open to make sure I get better interest on my little saving. We need people like her who give us such advise as don't much information about them.
