Exceptional customer service

A few weeks ago I was very frustrated with the poor response I received from FNB, and I wrote a review here.

Tina Du Toit started helping me the next day. Since then Tina phoned me at least 3 times to get information, and has sent me numerous emails to follow up on information that was needed from me, this is exceptional.

This might actually be the first positive review I ever wrote on hellopeter, and it is with a glad heart that I do it.
