Exceptional customer service

On the 3rd of December 2015 I made my way to the FNB Sandton City branch to open up a Savings Account, sort out my finances and get financial advice. After waiting only +-9 minutes in the queue, I was then assisted by a lovely woman by the name of Mpho Mogoboya. I must say that she was very friendly and professional. What I found most appealing is that she listened to me more than anything else and offered several alternatives and ways to have a healthy banking and financial lifestyle. I left the bank feeling inspired and motivated to work even harder for a better lifestyle. She did not hurry me up as to taking other clients but, took her time and helped me throughout. <br> <br> On my way out, I decided to sign up for online banking and was assisted by Dineo Moreletse. A very young professional indeed! She stood by me side-by-side and took me through all the steps and explained everything in detail. She then also went with me to the ATM to help me finish the procedure. <br> <br> I'd like to point out the bank was full and everybody was being assisted specially. Nothing rushed or hurried.<br> <br> FNB, has my heart. xx
