Exceptional customer service

I sent an email to Tania Govender 13 Sep 2023 (External Sales and Service Advisor Personal & Private Segment, Points of Presence) late at night requesting for help. First call i received this morning 14 Sep 2023 was from her. Such a breath of fresh air, very effecient and always happy. She is the reason i bank with FNB. I didnt even think twice on whether i should change the bank or not because i knew she is always ready to help. Thank you very much Tania and please continue being the best that you are and living the FNB brand. May your territory be enlarged because you deserve and work for it.
