Exceptional customer service

I have been banking with Fnb more than 5 years now. Now I usually go to Eastgate branch just to be helped by the lady called Faith Ndlovu who always goes out of her way to make I understand banking. Whenever I have a problem or I don't understand something she takes her time to explain in a way that I understand. Always prefer to be helped by her because of her patience as well.
