I went to fnb bank bramfontein because my account was frozen, i was going there for the 3rd time and i now requested for my account to be closed because i was trying to get it resolved for far too long. I was then assisted by Pozana who was very kind, understanding and patient at the same, she made sure that i don't leave the branch without being helped. She made sure that my account is frozen. I liked how she handled all her customers as we were not the only clients who needed her attention. Another thing i like about their branch is that they work together, they help each other. Thank you Pozana for brightening up ny day. I wanted to give up but you asked me to stay as you will make sure i leave the branch happy and you did keep your promise because i am now the happiest customer ever. Keep it up
