I went to fnb fourways branch very frustrated as my card got swallowed by the atm machine and i thought I'll wake up with my money all gone as i did not have a cell phone banking. As i walked in to fnb fourways branch i was helped by a lady by the name of Thuli Radebe who managed to calm me down and assured me that I'll get the help i needed. She logged in to my account to check if my money wasn't ****** and helped me to open my bank card afresh. Her service was exceptional outstanding and very helpful. She was professional calm and helped me throughout. I'm grateful for her assistance and that she sorted me out in record time.
