Exceptional client service & great people skills

Yesterday afternoon I received exceptional service from Nonkululeko Khumalo from FNB, Fourways branch. From the moment of our interaction the consultant was warm, welcoming and friendly. She was able to ease me into the application for an additional product process, she offered guidance and explanation every step of the way.

Most importantly Nonkululeko treated me with integrity and respect, she listened and made sure she understood the assistance required. She is a valuable asset to FNB and I hope the business recognises her for her outstanding contribution the business.
