Exceptional client orientated people

After my complaint about FNB my Primrose branch Siphosethu Ntanga started the ball rolling about my credit card limit and got Joseph Mogapi from credit card division got involved. From a furious customer to a calm client we managed to resolve my situation. I can recommend clients to them and hopefully my bank will reward these to outstanding individuals. These two went the whole ten yards for me!
