EXCELLENT TREATMENT FROM FNB STAFF AT MENLYN BRANCH

Dear "Peter" After I almost fell for a call from a woman telling me that she was calling from FNB ***** DIVISION regarding a transaction on my card, I smelt a rat when she asked me "to confirm" by giving her the last 12 digits 0f my card beginning with 4901, I said I wouldnt; she should read the number to me seeing that she (should) have my details in front of her. She slammed the phone down. I immediately phoned the ***** division, and they told me that they never phone, they send an sms requesting the client to phone them.
