I always tell people how much I love my bank.

And Fnb just proves it everytime.

What should have been a horrible situation. My credit card details were ****** and ***** ******* tried to ***** all money.

Because of sms notifications. I caught on immediately. Called the ***** dept 5 mins later. My card was cancelled. A new card was ordered. Dispute form filled out and money returned in under 24hrs of said investigation. All with zero hassle. Always impressed by your service. Thanks for keeping my money safe. ??
