Our family lost a member due to illness and we we knew he was banking at FNB and approached the bank to get clarity of the is any possible funeral benefits.The very helpful consultant,Yanga, from the small Epping branch could not confirm but submitted the the claim to the Insurance branch.He confirmed that should there be any benefits it take would take at least 48 hours as the beneficiary was with a different bank.Well to surprise we received a payout within hours.Not only excellent service from the consultant and bank itself.We appreciate and value your integrity and service seeing we know realiased that the deceased paperwork was not always in order.Your payout helps tremensily.
