Excellent Service Shinaaz Maepi - North Rand Rd, Boksburg

I wish to advise the branch manager and every manager up from there that they have a real GEM working at the Boksburg North Rand Rd branch. Shinaaz Maepi was the only one in the past 3 years that listened to me and assisted me properly to register my account as a business account with all the necessary additional features and benefits that I have been missing out on. This account was incorrectly opened at Alberton, no proper assistance or help there!! I moved the account to Benoni Northmead Square, no proper assistance there either!! I have been battling between the online and phone app, one works then cancels the other one, etc. Friday I tried to pay a supplier from China and eventually had to go into the Northmead branch for assistance, which was only fixed now at the Boksburg branch thanks to Shinaaz. I've been wasting time and money dealing with the other branches! If went to Shinaaz 3 years ago I'm sure I could've saved myself plenty time andmoney and effort. I almost closed the account to go to another bank.
