I recently made the decision to switch to Discovery Bank due to certain concerns. As part of my last interactions with FNB I need to highlight the excellent service received from Roslyn Govender from the FNB Private Banking Suite. While FNB lost a client she did her best to ensure that my last days at FNB was supported very professionally. Roslyn, You are a shining star.
