Excellent service received from the Benmore Centre Branch

Just switched to FNB and I'm really impressed by the onboarding process - quick, intuitive and seamless. I was helped by Dudu at the Benmore Centre branch, and I received excellent service. She was clear, friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. She walked with me to the ATM to activate my account, and politely requested me to sanitise my hands before and after we visited the ATM - I really appreciated this adherence to the COVID-19 safety protocols, as it gave me confidence in the rest of the branch's compliance.
