excellent service received from my banker Ms Sefanyetso

I would like to express my gratitude to my banker Ms Emily sefanyetso, she is a true reflection of how can we help you slogan of fnb. what i appreciate a lot about her is that she take time to listen and deliver. ever since i met her my banking life has never been the same. my car was financed by audi/vw and she moved me to wesbank and saved me stress of balloon payment. i was advised that i have warranty for mechanical cover and last month i had a problem with my car. i called my banker and she advised accordingly and directed me to the right channels. all went well until wesbank had to pay. then the problem started . I was treated like a stupid by the Accessor , he looked for all the reason not to pay.taking me up and down. asking me to move my car as he is not going to pay and a whole lot was said to me.I got so angry and contacted my banker. she listened and requested that i give her time to investigate. she did that and got back to me. i also appreciated how come she remained the whole time i was furious .she kept apologizing all the time.at the end she made sure that i receive the help . today i am a happy client to say that Ms Sefanyetso helped me a lot and its not the only thing she helped me with. my banking journey is the best ever since she became my banker. she introduced me to life covers, savings account and I children accounts. i want to say to fnb that Ms Sefanyetso is the banker of the year,she represents your bank very well. thank you ms sefanyetso for making my banking with fnb a happy one. thank you a million times
