Excellent service received from Joneve at the FNB App Contact Centre

I would like to extend my personal appreciation and thanks to Joneve from the FNB App Contact Centre who assisted me on resolving an issue that I'd been experiencing with my banking app. After many calls and some branch visits (all which have been helpful as the FNB teams always strive for customer service excellence) Joneve was able to assist me in resolving my query to my satisfaction in less that 10 minutes.
