Excellent service received from FNB The Glen branch

I personally do not like going to the bank, mostly because I don't enjoy the queues and the time it takes before you are attended to by a teller, however dealing with Kabelo Molopane from FNB The Glen made it all worthwhile. Her service and attentiveness to my needs was so appreciated and excellent. She not only reduced my monthly service fees but gave me some excellent advice regarding funeral cover options (which is quite a morbid topic to discuss and yet so necessary). An overall excellent experience - thank you for your commendable service Kabelo :)
