Excellent Service received- FNB

Firstly, I want to take a moment and extend my gratitude to FNB for keeping my money safe since 1992 when I first opened this account in King Williams Town. It has been a marvelous experience to be serviced by you. I always compare your agility service with other banks and by far, you've surpassed my expectations. On the 18th May 2024, I had an incident where someone was trying to access my FNB app account *****ulently. When I immediately reported this to your consultants, my account my immediately shut down inclusive of the app in an effort to safeguard my funds. On Monday, 20th May 2024,I visited FNB Tygervalley to resuscitate and to be issued with new bank cards since all my cards were blocked. Wow 👌 👏 what a service by Zozo Vooi &Ilse Daniels. Am impressed by the fact that your system is linked with Home Affairs in authenticating our credentials. This is seamless. Bravo 👏 👏 👏 and thats why I am still with FNB even after 30 years. Excellent customer service from all - Manini, Katlego, Pontsho, Gomolemo Molawa who ensured that my account was not tampered with immediately after I reported via 087. I received constant follow ups from your team to Tygervalley FNB walk in seamless service by Zozo and Ilse. That's why I will recommend FNB anytime, anyday without, favour, fear or prejudice. Your service speaks for itself and I will never change to any bank. Keep up the good work. We need more Zozo,more Ilse,more,Katlego, consultants who know why they have been employed and why their clients matter. I 🙇♀️ 🎀
